Aspiring to be the “The Heart of Bangkok”, a district created to hold a place in people’ s heart, One Bangkok is reshaping Thailand’s real estate landscape, enhancing the country’s stature on the world stage and set to open its world-class shopping experiences and lifestyles in the fourth quarter of 2024.

One Bangkok is a fully integrated smart and sustainable district spanning over 108 rai on the corner of Wireless and Rama IV roads which is the last piece of land in the city’s most highly sought-after location.

“This project will bring Bangkok to the forefront as an international city, both economically and culturally, offering an unparalleled lifestyle destination. It will attract top-level businesspeople, investors and tourists, both locally and internationally.” said Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Group Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Limited (FPL)

Owned by the Sirivadhanabhakdi family, FPL is the parent firm of Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (FPHT). FPHT and TCC Assets (Thailand) Co, Ltd., also owned by the family, are the developers of One Bangkok.

Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Group Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Limited (FPL).

“Our chairman, Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi, saw the potential of the land with the vision to create One Bangkok as a place that people can love and want to spend time in, which everyone in the city will feel is an integral part of our city”, said Mr Panote, the youngest son of Mr Charoen.

CRAFTING WITH HEART

“We pour our hearts into every aspect of this project,” said Mr Panote. “By meticulously attending to every detail, from master planning and design to construction and business operations, we are crafting One Bangkok to be ‘The Heart of Bangkok’, a unique place in everyone’s heart.”

It will be a place that provides public spaces that will inspire every individual with art and cultural programmes and enhances people’s quality of life with sustainable urban development.

One Bangkok boasts green and open spaces of over 50 rai including over 10,000 sq.m. of One Bangkok Park, which is currently over 90% complete. The project features more than 60 tree species, including 29 rare ones, seamlessly integrated into the landscape, providing residents and visitors with a closer connection to nature.

Additionally, the project introduces a 33-metre-wide boulevard adorned with golden trees that bloom in April during Thailand’s Songkran and Thai New Year festivities as well as lengthy linear parks, stretching from the sidewalks to the project’s front, spanning 35 to 45 metres in width. These interconnected spaces blend harmoniously with Lumphini Park and Benjakitti Park, forming a larger integrated green canopy spreading over 800 rai, serving as a large green lung for Bangkok.

There are also convenient and spacious walkways providing access to all areas of the project within a mere 15-minute stroll, aligning with the concept of the “15-Minute Walking City”—a modern urban development trend focusing on enhancing quality of life.

THE HEART OF BANGKOK

The factors contributing to the significance of the project as “The Heart of Bangkok” are its strategic location, the new standard for smart and sustainable living it sets and the curated experiences with a community spirit it offers.

One Bangkok unites major business districts such as Sathorn, Silom and Samyan and enjoys direct access to the integrated public transport system, in addition to six access points around the district.

The project is also setting a new standard for smart and sustainable living. It is the first project in Thailand to receive the highest certified LEED platinum for Neighbourhood Development, marking remarkable sustainable development.

Additionally, it has obtained the Platinum WiredScore and Platinum SmartScore certifications to ensure excellent digital connectivity. It is currently striving to obtain the WELL Building Standard for enhanced quality of life, convenience and safety of all occupants and visitors.

One Bangkok is also a place where people can find a multitude of urban living experiences catering to diverse needs. It creates a vibrant community where urban dwellers can work, live, and play, with learning spaces and creative venues.

Additionally, it offers world-class art and cultural programs to inspire people and redefine a more fulfilling and comprehensive lifestyle.

One Bangkok comprises five premium office towers, five luxury and lifestyle hotels and three luxury residential towers. One Bangkok Retail, a new leading shopping and lifestyle destination in Bangkok, will be the key component that bines everything together and completes the project’s vibrancy.

NEW RETAIL CONCEPT

“We are creating a new definition of retail at One Bangkok as the first lifestyle phenomenon in Thailand,” said Palinee Kongchansiri, chief retail officer of One Bangkok.

The project will bring together fully integrated and superior shopping experiences under the concept of ‘The Rhythmic Experience,’ where everyone can groove to the pulse and excitement of life and enjoy a diverse mix of experiences.

“This will be a place that makes every day special for all customers and visitors,” she said. “One Bangkok Retail will be a key driving force that helps to elevate Bangkok as a new Asian shopping metropolis with sensational lifestyle experiences.”

Spanning a total lettable space of over 160,000 square metres, One Bangkok Retail stands out and stands apart with three key attributes–interconnected three retail experiences, uniquely different concepts and designs that are seamlessly connected to one another.

INTERCONNECTED THREE RETAIL EXPERIENCES

Three retail zones at One Bangkok include Parade, The STOREYS and POST 1928.

On a total space of 85,000 sq.m. spanning nine floors, Parade is created under the concept of ‘A World of Choice Without Limits.’ It will serve as an open playground where friends and families can come together and discover new shopping, playing, working and eating experiences.

Parade

Parade will be home to several of Thailand’s leading brands’ first stores in addition to an excellent collection of restaurants, cafes, and groceries retailers that offer gourmet goods from around the world.

THE STOREYS

THE STOREYS is conceptualised with the theme ‘Tell Your Own Story at THE STOREYS.’ This creative platform will see new world trends converge across five floors with a total area of 35,000 sq.m.

It will house a selection of fashion and lifestyle stores with fascinating stories and a touch of contemporary local culture, as well as hip concept stores. Also on offer are an array of restaurants, bars and bistros, and hangout spots to complete the experience.

POST 1928

With the concept ‘Go Beyond Luxury,’ POST 1928 is a progressive, dynamic take on the luxury shopping experience spanning over 40,000 sq.m across five floors. This will be Bangkok’s first shopping street that brings together an extensive collection of world-class fashion superbrands, luxury watch and jewellery brands to premium streetwear brands flanking both sides of the street.

UNIQUE RETAIL CONCEPTS

At One Bangkok, one-of-a-kind experiences will be exclusively curated, including SARAPAD THAI, offering a variety of products that reflect Thai art and culture with a modern and trendy twist.

Bangkok Wonder at One Bangkok is a new dining destination in the heart of Bangkok, offering all-day dining experiences and after-work hangout spots set in a semi-outdoor green area and cozy relaxation zone that harmoniously blend with a modern touch.

ONE Content Store is a new concept bookstore with lifestyle products slated to become Bangkok’s new check-in spot while Chang Canvas is a space where visitors can immerse themself in new stories and experiences meticulously crafted with full glory of uniqueness.

At One Bangkok Retail, visitors can immerse themselves in three distinct loops, each offering a unique and unforgettable experience: Retail Loop, Food Loop, and Art Loop.

Stretching over a long strip of over 900 stores, the Retail Loop is a haven for fashion and lifestyle enthusiasts. Here, visitors can explore a vast array of fashion and lifestyle brands, alongside a diverse selection of entertainment venues.

Seamlessly connecting both indoor and outdoor spaces, the Retail Loop provides a dynamic and engaging shopping experience like no other.

Indulge in the ultimate culinary journey at Food Loop. This innovative dining concept introduces the idea of “All Day, Everyday Dining Journey” for the first time in Thailand.

With over 250 legendary fine dining restaurants, top-notch eateries, rooftop bars, hangout spots, and street food from around the world, the Food Loop offers a gastronomic adventure spanning an impressive 1.5 km in length.

For those seeking inspiration and creativity, the Art Loop awaits. For the first time in Thailand, spanning over 2 km across the district, the Art Loop brings together world-class art and cultural works and programs. Serving as both learning spaces and creative venues, the Art Loop integrates art into everyday life, offering visitors a chance to immerse themselves in captivating exhibits and thought-provoking installations.

HEART-CENTRIC EXPERIENCES

Every heart will beat faster thanks to a diverse calendar of specially curated events that will create memorable experiences all year round at the Live Entertainment Arena. This world-class event centre offers concerts, live shows, exhibitions, and more. Additionally, indoor and outdoor event spaces spanning an area of over 20,000 sq. m., including One Bangkok Park, a large open garden centrally located in the city, add to the excitement and vibrancy of the venue.

One Bangkok Retail will also introduce membership programmes offering exclusive service and benefits to its customers.

Other exceptional and dedicated services include a one-stop shopping service providing comprehensive shopping assistance via the Concierge of One Bangkok Retail and an EV-powered shuttle bus running between BTS Ploenchit station and One Bangkok.

Parade and THE STOREYS are scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2024, while POST 1928 will open in the next phase. The project targets a total of at least 90 million visitors per year, with an expected mix of 60% Thais and foreign residents and 40% foreigners.

“One Bangkok is not just a development; it’s a testament to Bangkok’s ongoing transformation and its journey towards becoming a global city.”

“By elevating urban development and contributing to the Thai economy, One Bangkok paves the way for a future of strong and sustainable growth, ensuring that the heartbeat of Bangkok continues to thrive for generations to come,” Panote added.
