Serviced residence and lodge operator Ascott plans to develop its millennial targeted Lyf co-living model to 25 properties by 2025, together with a just lately signed location in Paris.
Lyf launched in 2016, and opened its first property in Singapore in 2019. Pronounced “Life” and standing for “Reside your freedom”, the model is focusing on “next-generation travellers”, providing a community-based expertise with managers referred to as “Lyf Guards”.
