The Leather-based and Conceal Council of America (LHCA) stated it’s contemplating main a commerce mission to Vietnam and Thailand in July 2020, given the rising significance of these two markets to the U.S. leather-based trade.
Led by the LHCA, a delegation comprised of 4 to 6 members would go to the Shoe and Leather-based Vietnam commerce present, to be held July 15-17, in addition to tanneries and leather-based producers situated close to Ho Chi Minh Metropolis. The delegation might additionally go to the U.S. Division of Agriculture (USDA) workplace in Bangkok, Thailand, and a few native tanneries both earlier than or after the Vietnam portion of the journey. In response to LHCA, the commerce mission is to be funded by the USDA export promotion funds, and the LHCA would cowl airfare, lodging and native transportation for all contributors.
